At this exciting time in our company’s growth we are seeking a Senior Business Administrator to join our experienced team.

The Senior Business Administrator will be responsible for a broad range of tasks which support the senior leadership on a day to day basis. The Senior Business Administrator is responsible for ensuring that administration matters of a dynamic nature are completed efficiently and to a high standard. The candidate will liaise with senior management, working closely with the CEO, the board of directors and other third parties and may handle sensitive and confidential information.

We facilitate a hybrid working schedule where we alternate working remotely with working in our offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts. There may also be the requirement to travel from time to time.

The successful candidate will ideally have 10 years’ business administration experience and experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment is desirable. The candidate will have a professional demeanor with strong organizational skills and be enthusiastic with the ambition to grow in a dynamic company.

At this exciting time in our company’s growth, we are seeking a Vice President of Commercial Operations to join our senior leadership team.

The Vice President of Commercial Operations will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer and will lead and build our commercial operations model and resources and will drive excellence in areas such as sales, marketing, market access and patient support. You will apply your proven knowledge and experience of the US pharmaceutical industry to develop and maximize our commercial capabilities.

We facilitate a hybrid working schedule where we alternate working remotely with working in our offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts. You may also be required to travel from time to time.

You will have preferably 5-7 years in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, including experience in multiple areas within the commercial operation function and familiarity with “start-up” environments is desired.
