Due to continued success and growth, we have an opportunity for the role of Director of Supply Chain to join our experienced team.

The position will lead and optimize the company supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. As a growing organization the Director of Supply Chain will develop and formalize supply chain processes, be responsible for 3PL relationship management, ensure readiness for new product launches and oversee the serialization and aggregation program. Over time you will drive ERP design and development. The Director of Supply Chain will identify gaps and inefficiencies and participate in cross functional process improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have preferably 10 years’ relevant experience, no less than 8 within the pharmaceutical industry and of which at least 3 years are in a leadership role.

The Director of Supply Chain will hold a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering or Business Administration. An MBA or advanced degree is desirable. Supply chain qualifications such as APICS are highly desirable. Professional English language and strong communication skills are essential.
