Due to continued success and growth, we have an opportunity for the role of National Account Director to join our experienced Market Access team.

The position will:
- Execute a comprehensive national account strategy to drive growth and market penetration within targeted hospital and health system accounts and Hospital GPOs.
- Build and manage account profile for each assigned account, detailing procedures for protocol development in EHRs, current placement of product on pathway and formularies, and identification of key influencers and decision-makers.
- In person visiting accounts to promote sales efforts, manage contract strategy, and provide clinical, efficacy and safety information on product to key treatment decision makers within assigned accounts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and ongoing account management.
- Oversee the negotiation and implementation of hospital GPO service-level agreements to drive long-term partnership value.
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access & Reimbursement, and Commercial Operations, the Account Director will communicate the value and competitive differentiation of Shorla Oncology’s products.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact hospital and health system partnerships.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
The successful candidate will have:
- BA/BS degree required, master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical account management experience and at least 2 years of this experience in oncology including IDNs/hospitals.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and professional English language skills are essential.
