At this exciting time in our growth, we are seeking a Vice President of Market Access to join our experienced team.


The Vice President of Market Access will be a part of the Shorla Oncology leadership team and will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer. The Vice President of Market Access will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive market access strategy and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and teams to align these market access strategies with overall business objectives. This position will oversee market access activities with payers, PBMs, Oncology GPO’s and Trade, and large oncology practices including developing and executing pricing, reimbursement, contracting and distribution strategies. The Vice President of Market Access will have the opportunity to join our team at an early stage and will then recruit, lead, motivate, develop, and retain a team of highly skilled market access professionals.


The Vice President of Market Access will have a BA/BS degree in science, business or a related discipline and at least 15 years’ experience within commercial roles in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least 5 years’ experience leading market access strategy. The successful candidate will be a skilled collaborator and leader, have strong negotiation skills and business acumen, and have proven success in new product launches. In depth knowledge, hands on experience and relationships within the US oncology landscape is required.

Our office is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and we facilitate a flexible and hybrid working schedule for this position. You will also be required to travel regularly as part of this role.
