At this milestone moment in our company’s growth, we are seeking a Principal Analytical Scientist to join our experienced team.

The Principal Analytical Scientist works directly with our Analytical Manager, Director of R&D, Vice President of R&D and other senior level team members.

The position will play a pivotal role in the management of the analytical development activities for product development projects from development through to validation with a primary focus on liquid formulations including sterile products. The Principal Analytical Scientist will work closely with the Analytical Manager to support the product development process including providing analytical input and liaising with third party contactor sites. You will contribute to regulatory submissions and be a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical analytical development in compliance with EU and US regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have preferably 5 but not less than 3 years of product development experience of analytical development in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Experience with small molecule product development, liquid/sterile products and knowledge of pharmaceutical microbiology would be advantageous. Experience with analytical method development and regulatory requirements for Extractable and Leachable is desirable. A relevant honours degree in chemistry, pharmacy or a related discipline is required.
