We’re now hiring an Oncology Key Account Manager to join our expanding U.S. team in the South region.

This territory includes Mississippi, Tennessee, Missouri, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Candidates based in Texas or Nashville are strongly preferred, given the proximity to a large concentration of key accounts and from these locations, travel requirements are expected to be approximately 25% of the time.

This position is field-based and reports to the Vice President, Sales & Account Management. It offers the chance to play a pivotal part in shaping Shorla’s commercial success while expanding patient access to our oncology portfolio.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and deliver a regional account strategy that drives growth and market penetration across cancer centers, academic medical centers, hospitals, IDNs, and large community oncology practices.
  • Build strategic account plans covering EHR protocol development, inclusion in dispensing systems, formulary placement, and identification of key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to support contract pull-through, share clinical insights, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with clinical and administrative leaders, including procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with Market Access to maximize GPO pull-through and triage contracting opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to communicate the value and differentiation of Shorla’s products.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and regulatory updates affecting oncology practice.
  • Represent Shorla Oncology at regional industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide market insights to leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and Shorla Oncology SOPs.

What you’ll bring to the team:

You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:

  • A BA/BS degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven oncology sales success, ideally with hospitals, IDN’s, academic centers, or large community practices. Prior oncology product launch experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of oncology product distribution, purchasing, and GPOs.
  • Pre-existing relationships with key oncology accounts (highly desirable).
  • Strong account management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills within matrixed healthcare systems.
  • Superior selling skills — planning, probing, challenging, closing, and following up with clinical staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, with professional English fluency.
  • Independence, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (approx. 25% when based near key accounts or hubs in the South).
